Appointment bookings

PLEASE NOTE: Online bookings may need to be adjusted slightly according to the existing bookings requirements. I will contact you as soon as possible if there is a clash, so as to avoid unnecessary wait times.

Online appointment booking is now available for consultations for people and dogs conducted at my home clinic at 263 Tennyson Road, Tennyson, NSW, 2754.

Consultations at North Richmond Veterinary Hospital are bookable by contacting reception on 02 4571 2042

Equine consultations will continue to be bookable by phone/text, as travel and individual requirements will need to be accommodated.

For urgent contact – please contact me SMS/Phone or through the online booking system to be sure I have received your message. Email and Facebook messages are not checked during the day.

Initial consultation for new clients require 50% pre-payment at time of booking. Existing clients please use the subsequent appointment type to skip prepayment if you would prefer to pay at the time of consultation.

Standard no show and late cancellation policy applies –

Please give at least 36 hours notice when you need to change your appointment, or fees may apply:

Less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee.

Less than 12 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the consultation fee.

Less than 4 hours notice may result in an appointment cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment fee unless the appointment time can be filled from the cancellation list.

We know that sometimes, things crop up unexpectedly, and there’s no problem at all in changing your appointment with notice. We encourage you to manage your own appointments via the online booking page or in urgent situations please contact Sam directly.

Failure to show up to an appointment with no attempt to contact in advance will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

Repeated missed appointments with no cancellation notice may result in your removal from our patient list.

Cancellation fees allow Centaurus Osteopathy to operate as a business, and is intended with goodwill to help ensure that we can continue to serve the community.

In the case of rescheduling, online prepayments can be kept in credit for a rescheduled time, with no charges. Refunds will attract a 3% fee due to Stripe processing charges. These will be processed immediately upon request, however the refund can take 7-10 days to appear in your account.

If you have a cough, cold or flu symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. There is never any charge to change your appointment in these circumstances, though please try to give as much notice as possible so that another patient in need may take your spot.
